Ron Ryba has over 38 years of insurance industry operations experience, including claims, reinsurance and overall operations. Ron spent 10 years with Navigant Consulting as a director in its San Francisco office, and served as Vice President of the Major Case Units for the Fireman's Fund Insurance Company, where Ron had nationwide responsibility for Environmental, Major Litigation and Healthcare operations. Ron consults with clients on the financial and information/document aspects of claims, claims management, runoff books of business, and complex business and litigation related matters.

Rich Maniurski has over 40 years of insurance industry operations experience, including claims, consulting and overall operations. Rich spent over 14 years as a Managing Partner for International Environmental Services, Inc., providing consulting services to domestic and foreign insurers, run-off management concerns, and insolvencies. He has held senior management positions with the Allstate Insurance Company, General Accident, Bankers Multiple Line, and the Hartford Insurance Group.

Julie Secor has over 13 years experience providing audit, investigation and consulting services to assist legal and insurance professionals in the evaluation of claims. Prior to joining Eastpoint Consulting Group, Julie held Executive Consulting positions with Navigant Consulting and IES Claims Services, where she was involved in the analysis and management of complex litigated cases on behalf of insurance companies, reinsurers, insolvencies and counsel.
